Our mouths are watering in anticipation of the Collective Spirits "Stock Your Cellars" Wine Tasting Party on Friday night, May 21. That night, chefs from 14 amazing area restaurants will be serving some of their finest delectables, all designed to prime the palate for the top-rate wine being poured.

The chefs will be from the following participating restaurants or food: Buck's Coffee Cafe, Canyon Kitchen at Lonesome Valley - Chef John Fleer, Cyprus, Epting Events, The Gamekeeper's Tavern, Highlands Smokehouse, Log Cabin Restaurant, Madison’s, The Main Street Inn, Oak Street Café, ...On The Verandah, Rosewood Market & Distinctive Design by Tim Lundy, Ruka’s Table and Wild Thyme Gourmet.

May ushers in spring flowers and Collective Spirits!

April has heralded the arrival of Spring, and the 'greening of the mountains' has begun in earnest. Everywhere you turn, magnificent blooming trees and flowers paint the vistas with their dazzling pinks, whites, yellows and purples!

Now, May is fast approaching, and with it, Collective Spirits will come to fruition on our beautiful plateau!
